SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Because most pieces are one-of-a-kind, standard shipping rates vary. As such, shipping rates are calculated individually and will be assessed on a per-order basis. If you purchase an item from the store, the shipping will be a separate charge, for which you will receive a notification. Once the shipping charge has been received your order will be shipped! For custom orders, the shipping will be determined once the item is finished, and the rate will be included in the price. Some items are too expensive to ship, such as furniture, and are designed for local pickup only. These items have a disclaimer in their descriptions.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for all items in the store. Simply indicate that you will pickup the item when you checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready and can then schedule a time to collect your new piece of art!
PAYMENT METHOD
Credit cards and Paypal are the preferred payment methods, and are available at checkout. For custom orders, you will receive a notification for payment. In the event of local purchases, checks and Venmo are also accepted when paid in advance. Contact Alex for more details.
